Rubik
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Rubik platform operated by Rubik Prop Firm Consulting (“Rubik”, “we”, “us”), located at HaGavish 4, Netanya, Israel, available at https://app.rubikpropfirm.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.
1. The Service
Rubik provides a B2B ERP/CRM and risk management platform for prop firms, including tools for operations, compliance workflows, interviews, and optional third-party integrations such as Google Calendar sync.
Features may evolve over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Access is invitation-only for authorized business users. You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Organization administrators may manage users, roles, and data access within their workspace. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or security controls.
- Probe, scan, or load-test systems without prior written authorization.
- Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Misuse Google or other integrations beyond the scopes and purposes you authorized.
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly agreed in a separate written contract.
4. Customer data and privacy
Your organization retains rights to business data it submits to the Service, subject to these Terms and any master service agreement or order form with Rubik.
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. For workspace data ingested on behalf of a client firm, that firm typically acts as controller and Rubik as processor, except where Rubik determines purposes for its own account/admin operations.
5. Third-party services (including Google)
Optional integrations (e.g. Google Calendar) are subject to the third party’s terms and policies. Rubik is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside Rubik’s systems.
By connecting Google, you authorize Rubik to access and use the granted scopes solely to provide the integration features. You may disconnect at any time; connectivity features will stop working after disconnection.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding, UI, and documentation, is owned by Rubik or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as authorized during the subscription term.
Feedback you provide may be used by Rubik to improve the Service without obligation to you.
7. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential business information from the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only for performing under these Terms, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Rubik does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that risk signals or analytics constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice.
You remain responsible for decisions made based on outputs of the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rubik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Rubik’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees paid by the contracting organization to Rubik for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Rubik against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or data you submit that infringes third-party rights, except to the extent caused by Rubik’s willful misconduct.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment (where applicable), or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, confidentiality, liability limits, etc.) will survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer/local law provides otherwise or a signed enterprise agreement specifies a different forum.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires explicit consent. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date.
